Utari is an Investment Manager at E3 Capital. He brings over 9+ years of experience in private equity throughout Africa. His extensive background encompasses involvement in a broad range of sectors having been involved in the complete investment cycle on numerous ventures across the continent.
Andrew is an Investment Manager at E3 providing additional coverage for Southern Africa. He is responsible for deal origination and screening, through to execution and portfolio management. Before joining E3, Andrew spent seven years at Stadia Capital, advising and executing on transactions in all major markets across the continent and beyond - including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda and Egypt - in multiple sectors such as Food & Agribusiness, Fin-tech, Logistics, Connectivity and Energy & Climate; as well as consulting on several projects across digital infrastructure and connectivity in emerging markets. He also spent three years with EY in the Cape Town and New York offices. Andrew has an honours in Finance and a post-graduate diploma in Accounting and Tax from the University of Cape Town and is a qualified CA(SA) and CFA Charter holder.
Cynthia is an Analyst at E3. She has spent the last 5 years working with entrepreneurs and investors across SSA, she brings a strong consulting skillset, investment (including M&A) and financial advisory experience. Prior to E3, Cynthia worked at MFS Africa as an Investment Analyst and Open Capital as an Associate in Management Consulting and Financial Advisory. Cynthia holds a BBS in Finance from Strathmore University.
Peter is the Environmental, Social and Governance Officer at E3. He brings over 6+ years' of experience providing strategic ESG advice and management support across several sectors including Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Energy, amongst others. Prior to E3, Peter worked as an ESG consultant focusing predominantly on E&S Due Diligence, EHS compliance and compliance auditing for 20+ private and public sector clients. Peter holds a BSc. Environmental Science from Maseno University and is a member of the Nairobi Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) in Kenya.
