Flashback to last week when we hosted our first-ever E3 Capital Showcase, the first of many showcases to come!

Our primary goal through the showcase was to highlight the opportunities and challenges of building successful businesses in Africa.

The entrepreneurial spirit in the room was ignited as founders from both emerging and frontier markets engaged in candid conversations on the motivation behind their various ventures. As they recounted their journeys, it became evident that success doesn’t happen overnight. Whilst facing numerous obstacles, some founders contemplated giving up but persevered through, driven by sheer hope that their businesses would create sustainable impact and that innovative solutions were and still are necessary to prioritize.

E3 Capital brought together entrepreneurs who shared their experience navigating the complexities of fundraising and successfully expanding their ventures in the tough fundraising landscape. As they reflected on changes they could have made along the way, strategic alignment with their investors was at the top of their list.

We hope that these unfiltered conversations will continue to inspire and provide value to entrepreneurs, investors and all other stakeholders in the ecosystem.

We would like to thank all our speakers again for honouring our invitation and for their willingness to openly and honestly discuss their business journeys.
